Please note that IUI 2014 hotel reservations at Dan Carmel should be done by January 16th, as IUI 2014 reserved a bulk of rooms for conference attendees. After this date, the possibility to reserve a room will depend upon rooms availability (the conference rate will remain in effect).

Due to late notifications to workshop's authors and a few registration difficulties encountered, IUI early registration is extended until the end of Thursday January 23, 2014

Early registration ends at January 20th 2014, the prices pre and post the deadline are provided in the tables below.

Hotel Reservations:

The conference has negotiated discounted accommodation at four hotels, their locations and details are provided in the following map, prices are detailed below.
Discounts at the hotels will only be given to registered participants.
Participants will be able to register directly at the conference hotel website using a specific code.

Hotel reservation for the non-conference hotels will be done for registered participants by the conference administration, after filling the forms linked to below.

Price of Internet in Rooms: 23 US $ per day
The hotel will prepare vouchers for lunches for accompanying persons at the price of 35 US $ each.
Israelis must add VAT.

Cancellation Policy for Bedrooms:

Until 15.1.2014, cancellation of rooms without charge.
30 days before the conference, cancellation of rooms will cause a cancellation fee of 1 night BB.
14 days before the conference, cancellation of rooms will cause a cancellation fee of 2 nights BB.
Any cancellation, 7 days or less before the conference will be fully charged.
