Hotel Reservations

The conference has negotiated discounted accommodation at four hotels, their locations and details are provided in the following map, prices are detailed below.
Discounts at the hotels will only be given to registered participants.
Participants will be able to register directly at the conference hotel website using a specific code.

Hotel reservation for the non-conference hotels will be done for registered participants by the conference administration, after filling the forms linked to below.

Price of Internet in Rooms: 23 US $ per day
The hotel will prepare vouchers for lunches for accompanying persons at the price of 35 US $ each.
Israelis must add VAT.

Cancellation Policy for Bedrooms:

Until 15.1.2014, cancellation of rooms without charge.
30 days before the conference, cancellation of rooms will cause a cancellation fee of 1 night BB.
14 days before the conference, cancellation of rooms will cause a cancellation fee of 2 nights BB.
Any cancellation, 7 days or less before the conference will be fully charged.
